Her background is rooted in institutional excellence, including executing multi-billion dollar M&A, debt, and equity transactions for fintech and financial institutions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

She further honed her expertise in corporate development as a Vice President for a NASDAQ-listed company, where she executed private equity deals and managed strategic initiatives across portfolio companies. Stephanie’s early career was defined by building high-growth operations for high-stakes political campaigns, where she directed revenue operations and managed teams of 20+.

An innovator at the intersection of finance and technology, Stephanie also co-founded BCDemocracy, a fintech and AI SaaS platform designed to modernize campaign finance fundraising and regulatory compliance. Her unique blend of "scrappy" foundational experience and elite financial training enables her to move organizations forward with both big-picture vision and operational rigor
